Eat
Along with tourism, key industries in East Devon are fishing, agriculture and farming. As a result, we have an abundance of fantastic produce to eat and drink, right on our doorstep. The rolling green fields of East Devon, and the sea off the Jurassic Coast, are our larder and we thank the many individuals and characters that keep them so productive and fertile.
The establishments within East Devon Excellence realise that today's discerning diner expects more than just good food and drink. They are looking for great hospitality, value for money and fresh seasonal, locally sourced produce, served by people who care. And in surroundings that inspire.
So whether you are looking for an afternoon tea in the local harvest store, a bowl of freshly caught mussels in a bistro, a quality pub lunch, or a gourmet dinner in an award winning restaurant, this website offers all the ingredients you need to enjoy the very best of what our region has to offer.
Bon Appetit.
